I chose Wendy after browsing the web for local HR support. I needed advice on TUPE and Wendy provided this, attended meetings with me, minuted them accurately, liased with the other party’s HR department, drafted letters to the staff  and generally made the whole process tolerable over an eight month period while the other party prevaricated over the transfer. Subsequently she carried out an enquiry into an allegation of bullying (unfounded) and negotiated a settlement with the complainant.  As an SME without our own HR resource we are delighted to have Wendy on call.
